Brooke DeVol is a results‑driven sales and program leader with proven success across aerospace, industrial manufacturing, specialty chemicals, and regulated markets. Her career spans key roles at ChemPoint, Brulin, Pfizer Animal Health, and Impact Washington, where she has led commercial strategy, technical engagement, and cross‑functional execution that delivers measurable results.
At Impact Washington, Brooke served as Business Development and Program Manager, overseeing regional outreach, grant administration, and strategic partnerships with Economic Development Councils. She led statewide initiatives supporting manufacturers through Lean & Green consulting, compliance programs, and operational improvement—delivering cost savings, emissions reductions, and market impact across diverse sectors.
Her earlier work at ChemPoint focused on specialty and fine chemicals, supporting enterprise accounts in personal care and pharmaceutical applications. At Brulin, she managed precision cleaning and chemical process optimization for aerospace clients including SpaceX, Blue Origin, and Senior Aerospace. Her experience at Pfizer Animal Health deepened her expertise in veterinary pharmaceuticals, regulatory strategy, and customer education.
Brooke has continued to expand her work across aviation, medical, and industrial sectors, supporting clients with complex technical requirements, risk mitigation, and process improvement initiatives. She is known for aligning engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders to ensure customer objectives are met through scalable, manufacturable solutions.
