Professional Bio
As an Industrial Engineer at Andersen Corporation, I lead and facilitate Process System Design events for continuous improvement and company-wide capital projects. I apply my skills in data analysis, industrial engineering tools, and cross-functional teamwork to optimize processes and enhance performance across various departments and functions.
I graduated from North Dakota State University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management. During and after my studies, I gained valuable experience in quality assurance, operational excellence, and cost estimating through rotational engineering programs and internships at Phillips-Medisize and UTC Aerospace Systems. I also honed my teaching and communication skills as a Physics Teaching Assistant. I am passionate about learning new methods and technologies, soliciting feedback, and contributing to the success of my team and organization.
