Brenda Kindler

Brenda joined Schneider Electric (formerly Summit Energy) in March of 2006 and is currently responsible for the oversight and leadership of national and international Client Management Teams for Energy and Sustainability Services. As Senior Director, Brenda supports our overarching Commercial Client Management Teams, guides the development of client strategic energy program management and planning, and in conjunction with the Client Managers coordinates all aspects of a client management relationship to identify and implement procurement and sustainability efficiency best practices.

Prior to Schneider Electric, Brenda worked for a franchise of The Trane Company with focus and emphasis on the demand and efficiency sides of the Active Energy Management Lifecycle. Brenda’s seven years’ experience with Trane included managing the IT department, special projects management, solutions development, and supporting customers and over 70 service technicians in the field with building automation integration. Prior to Trane, she was with FAST Software (Financial Applications Solutions and Technology) directing the development of bank software and interfaces, conducting training and implementing solutions; PSC Fabricating – Office Products Division as a Sales Engineer and Customer Service Manager; and Automatic Data Processing as a National Account Executive.

Brenda is a graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly known as the University of Missouri Rolla) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and minors in Economics, Business, and Electrical Engineering. She also has a dual MBA from Xavier University in International Marketing and Management.
