Responsible for developing new Strategic Account partnerships within a broad geographic area such as Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Michigan, Indiana, Colorado, Oklahoma and Ohio markets as well as key automotive-centric supply chain markets. Focus on strategic solution design for large contingent and variable workforce needs. Coordinate business development and operational support process with local market teams to analyze, design and implement customized workforce solutions for our valued partners. Work with our client partnerships to focus on continuous improvement processes. At the end of the day our mission is to change how work gets done with smart solutions customized to their sector of the supply chain. Responsible for supporting all workforce specialty brands under the EmployBridge umbrella but with primary focus on ResourceMFG, ResourceMFG Automotive and ProLogistix and ProLogistix Automotive. Designated automotive SME for volume variable workforce programs. Partner with multiple OEM's and Tier suppliers for unique and productive workforce solutions.
