Anne Schaum

Anne oversees Manufacturing Works' infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and effective implementation of strategic plans that align with the organization's mission. Her direct responsibilities include managing daily operations such as Traction integration, communication systems, vendor agreements, technology, governance, human resources, quality, risk management, and compliance. From a management perspective, Anne supervises the industrial engagement team, which provides strategic outreach to manufacturers and attracts & retains members. She also supervises the internal operations team, encompassing marketing/communications, development, finance, our facility, and events.
