Known for her strategic and data-driven approach, she has led the Texas City HyCO facility to achieve a stellar 99.9% reliability rate, annual revenues of $120 million, and significant operating profits. Her commitment to operational excellence is further demonstrated through a series of successful process optimization initiatives, enabling production levels to exceed 106% of nameplate capacity.
