Professional Bio
As the General Manager of Clark Personnel and Anchors Array, and Vice President at Array Corporation, I am committed to strengthening Alabama’s manufacturing workforce and supporting the companies that drive our region’s economic growth. With more than 25 years of experience serving the manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors across the Gulf Coast, I have built my career around connecting skilled talent with the organizations that rely on them to innovate, scale, and compete.
My work centers on developing outcome-driven workforce strategies that improve productivity, elevate talent pipelines, and create meaningful career pathways—especially for women seeking opportunities in operational and leadership roles. I have led teams through rapid growth, major process transformations, and high-impact partnerships with some of the most influential manufacturers in our region. Throughout every initiative, my focus remains the same: deliver measurable results while strengthening the communities we serve.
I believe deeply in the mission of Women in Manufacturing. Across Alabama, I’ve witnessed the power of women who step into the industry—bringing grit, insight, and leadership that raise the bar for everyone around them. I am passionate about helping women see themselves in this field, gain access to opportunities, and rise into positions where they can shape the future of manufacturing.
As a board member for WiM Alabama, I look forward to building stronger connections between industry partners, expanding meaningful programming across the state, and championing the next generation of female leaders in manufacturing.
Outside of work, I’m married to the love of my life, a proud mom of two grown sons, and “LaLa” to two fearless little girls who inspire my commitment to breaking barriers and building futures every single day.
