Amy Teal, the CEO and co-founder of ShopFloor Coffee, is focused on improving coffee for the manufacturing industry. With nearly nine years of experience at a 3D printing company, Amy understands the specific needs and challenges of the manufacturing sector. Her background in drafting and design, combined with a marketing degree from Colorado State Global Campus, equips her with a practical mix of technical and creative skills. Amy and her team are dedicated not only to providing quality coffee but also to giving back by donating a portion of every sale to manufacturing workforce development programs.

Raised and living in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Amy navigates Minnesota’s seasons, appreciating the summer and managing the winter. She enjoys starting her day with a workout, exploring new cultures through travel, and relaxing with a good book. This balanced approach reflects her commitment to making a positive impact in the manufacturing community.
