Amy Porter

Amy is currently the Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Program Management. Before this position, Amy was the Project Manager, for a Fortune 500 aviation company. In this capacity, she managed several international programs in pre-execution. Preceding this position, she was a member of a Career Opportunity Program, where she had the opportunity to do two years of rotations in Operations, Supply Chain, and Domestic and International Program management. Amy is a proud third-generation aviation employee, who has had the privilege of working in Mesa Arizona for over 11 years. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Business, with a minor in Operations Management in 2017. Amy additionally received her certificate in Supply Chain Management in 2015 and holds an associate degree in early childhood education. Amy is working toward her master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Grand Canyon University, with expected completion in 2024. Amy is also highly involved in Diversity and inclusion. She is her site’s Diversity and Inclusion Chair, Generational business resource group communications chair, Woman in Leadership Advocate and champion, and recent alumna of the Mesa and Philadelphia Leadership Development Program in the summer of 2023. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and ten-year-old daughter (along with a zoo of animals, including 3 dogs and 3 spoiled cats). Together her family enjoys road trips, home decorating, traveling, and spending time together.
