Amy Keller is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record of leadership and innovation in the fields of inclusion and belonging, transformational change, learning and development, and talent management. With a career spanning over two decades, Amy has consistently demonstrated a commitment to driving positive change within Fortune 300 companies.
As the Senior Organizational Development Partner at PPG, Amy has partnered with senior leaders to shape and implement an impactful strategy. She has successfully led and overseen eight global employee resource networks that have made a significant impact at PPG, including elevating PPG's standing in benchmarking, positioning the company among the top percentile of global organizations. Their efforts have also resulted in perfect scores on Human Rights Corporate Equality Index and Disability:IN Equality Index.
Beyond her professional achievements, Amy Keller is an active volunteer within the Pittsburgh community and believes in the mission and vision of several non-profit organizations. Notably, she is a member of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s Women’s Leadership Council and most recently is serving on the Board of Directors for The Mentoring Partnership. While not working or volunteering, she is having fun experiences with her two daughters and husband.
