Professional Bio
As CEO of MicroPower Direct, I bring nearly two decades of experience in the power electronics industry — and a lifetime of perspective shaped by family, adaptability, and a genuine drive to serve both customers and colleagues.
I joined MPD in 2007 after watching my father build and lead electronics companies for decades. I’ve worked in every part of the business, learning alongside him before stepping into ownership and leadership as he moved into semi-retirement. Today, I’m proud to lead MPD as a WOSB-certified supplier, expanding our product line and network while upholding the values that have earned our reputation for reliability and personal support.
My focus as a leader is simple: support engineers, empower our team, and build long-term relationships that help our customers succeed. I believe collaboration and people-first thinking are the keys to sustainable growth — in business and beyond.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three kids, and my parents, who live nearby. Whether I’m cheering at a wrestling match, shopping with my daughter, or tackling a new book, I always make time to keep perspective.
