Ambra is a seasoned Senior Director of the Customer Care North America with a strong track record driving transformational step change performance, leading high-impact projects, developing top-performing teams, and driving sustainable process improvements delivering multi-million/billion dollar savings and revenue across regional & global enterprises for over 25 plus years.
Ambra, currently at Kerry, brings diverse experience from industry leaders such as PepsiCo, Nestlé USA, and SC Johnson, where she held roles spanning Continuous Improvement, E2E Supply Chain Strategy & Execution, Quality, Integrated Operations Management, Process Engineering, and Organizational Development.
Ambra holds a MBA from Franklin University and a Bachelor’s in Management, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
