Amanda Ramos

I'm Amanda Ramos, an MBA graduate from the University of La Verne with a concentration in Information Technology. With a passion rooted deeply in both the psychological and technical realms, I bring a unique perspective to operations management. I'm particularly interested in how technology can improve workflow efficiency and team productivity. A Southern California native, I enjoy exploring innovative solutions in logistics and operations management that can drive significant change. I am also passionate about my community serving as a Naturalist, Educator, and Secretary for the San Dimas Canyon Nature Center Association. In addition, I serve as the Inland Empire Chapter leader for Women in Technology.

Over the past decade, I've honed my skills at Amazon, where I currently serve as a Senior Operations Manager. I've led initiatives that resulted in the lowest injury rates within our region and the implementation of major projects valued at over $73M, including robotic automation across the country. My experience spans multiple sectors, including education, logistics, safety, and compliance, where I've successfully managed large teams and complex operations.

Looking ahead, I aim to leverage my experience to transition into roles where I can contribute to broader strategic objectives and further enhance organizational efficiencies. I'm eager to explore opportunities that challenge the status quo and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving.
