Professional Bio
I thrive in environments where systems are breaking down, morale is low, and old processes can’t keep up. With a background that spans nursing, chemical program management, and lab analysis, I bring a rare balance of technical precision and human insight. My clinical experience taught me to triage under pressure and act with compassion; my scientific work trained me to see failure points and redesign for strength.
I’ve faced systemic challenges and personal battles—including cancer—that forced me to learn resilience on a cellular, structural, and deeply human level. Along the way, I immersed myself in philosophies from Stoicism to Buddhism, forging adaptability and a mindset of continuous learning. These experiences give me the ability to pivot seamlessly between people and process, breaking down what no longer serves and building systems that lift both performance and morale.
Most leaders lean either toward data or people—I bridge the two. That’s what Agile leadership really demands: the courage to adapt, the clarity to redesign, and the wisdom to guide teams through uncertainty with strength and empathy.
I don’t just manage change; I create the conditions favorable to it.
