Alysa Eberhardt

I graduated in May of 2021 as the second cohort ever to graduate from the University of Indianapolis R.B. Annis School of Engineering. I started school in mechanical engineering, but found a passion for all things Lean and Project Management, and made the switch to Industrial and Systems Engineering (can you say best decision ever?). I worked for a little over a year at Schneider Electric in Foxboro, MA learning as much as I could about the Schneider Production System (SPS) and Lean Manufacturing. After that year, I moved back "home" to Indy to be closer to family and accepted a position with Goodwill Commercial Services as a manufacturing engineer working in the ISO13485 and ISO9001 quality space. I served as Quality Manager with Goodwill Commercial Services from 2023-2024, and the Director of Plant Operations for Goodwill Commercial Services from 2024-2025. I am currently a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for Milwaukee Tool in Greenwood, IN.
