Allison Wagner blends a journalism background with strategic expertise to drive growth at Morrison Container Handling Solutions, where she serves as Director of Marketing and Business Strategy. Since joining in 2019 to establish the company’s marketing department, she has expanded her role to lead business and product strategy, using narrative-driven approaches to enhance sales and operational efficiency.

A graduate of Indiana University and Northwestern University, Allison’s career began in B2B PR at a Los Angeles firm before moving into the packaging machinery space. She’s passionate about workforce development and advancing women in manufacturing, serving on the boards of PMMI’s Future Workforce Committee, the Homewood Science Center, and the Petroleum Packaging Council.
