All About Personnel (AAP Staff) was founded on the notion of working selectively with manufacturing leaders and bringing a difference in how staffing should be. AAP is not a cliche service. Woman owned and operated; AAP's internal staff comes from the manufacturing industry. It's not just about head count for a business as it is understanding the culture of the business, the processes, flows, efficiencies and productivity levels needed to deliver customer driven results and profitability to the overall bottom line of our customers. We gain insight on each customer, recruit specific to them and their business so that they have a core group of employees that come from the industry in which they service and a commitment to them. We believe in recruiting per business, educating our employees and ensuring that the right fit is made to ensure tenure, success and understanding between the customer and candidate.
