Alisha Nash

Alisha Nash is an Operational Excellence & Work Process Project Manager with the Operational Excellence Expertise Center where she supports Dow’s Operations organization in the areas of work processes, operating disciplines, management systems and productivity. She is also the Global Expert Partner for Dow’s Management of Change process. She began her industry career in 1997 as a Process Technician at the site in Hahnville, LA, where she was responsible for the daily operations of the plant. She has also held several roles in Operations such as Training Coordinator, Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS) Coordinator, Work Process and People Systems Coach, Plant Activity Coordinator/Gatekeeper and Corporate/Site Apprentice Leader.

Alisha is heavily involved with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Dow and is on the site implementation teams for multiple ERGs. She currently mentors others in career development as well as local high school students for the Dow Leadership Academy. Alisha has previously represented Dow as a corporate member of the North American Process Technology Alliance (NAPTA) and served as Vice Chair and Interim Chair of its Board of Directors.
