Alicia Pottorff is Director of Supply Chain at Timpte, Inc., where she leads materials planning and handling teams to optimize inventory, strengthen supplier performance, and support lean manufacturing goals. With more than 15 years of experience in supply chain and operations leadership, she has a proven track record in sourcing strategy, process improvement, and supplier development. A dedicated mentor with the Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation, Alicia is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders in manufacturing.
