Professional Bio
I have dedicated over 30 years to the manufacturing industry, with a specialized focus on Quality Engineering. For the past decade, I have been an integral part of Trane Technologies, where I have consistently demonstrated my expertise and commitment to excellence.
My journey with Trane Technologies began in 2015 at the Columbia, SC Plant, where I initially served as a Quality Engineer. During my tenure at Columbia, I held several key positions within the Quality department, each role allowing me to refine my skills and contribute significantly to the plant's success.
In 2020, I transitioned to the Advanced Quality Planning Team, taking on the role of Advanced Quality Engineer. My dedication and proficiency led to my position as Advanced Quality Program Manager. In this capacity, I am responsible for managing and executing quality deliverables throughout the New Product Development lifecycle, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Prior to joining Trane Technologies, I gained valuable experience as a Quality Engineer int he automotive industry, working for several companies where I sharpened my skills and built a solid foundation in quality engineering principles.
