Aleisha Jaeger

With Kerry Group I am responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of large capital project in the US. Chicago based, I oversee all capital for our Applied Health & Nutrition division which includes maintenance, sustainability, OT, automation and development projects. In addition I am responsible for ways of working for design, construction, contracting, procurement and project management standards both locally and globally. This includes how we manage our 50+ assets, leases, building maintenance, construction, technical specifications, and acquisitions.

I have over 20 years of experience in construction services, operations and client relationships with extensive experience in planning, implementing and overseeing all phases of complex construction projects.  I have been involved in nearly $1 Billion in construction consisting of over six millions square feet of projects internationally.   This includes the successful management of design and construction teams in nearly all product types from industrial, manufacturing, pork processing, oil and gas, food/bev to office, retail, mixed use, higher education and government sectors.  I have significant construction, business development and marketing experience in US and Mexico.
