Alan Barr

I started off my career in the army for 6 years. Once I got out I headed to welding school. After completion of that school I accepted an opportunity at Rittal as a basic welder. Over the next 7 years I worked my way through all the weld areas and learned all the products while taking team leader positions along the way. an opportunity to teach came up and I was selected to do the weld training. This position has grown into more training other than welding and a part time recruiting role for the whole plant.
