Adrianna Tapscott is a dedicated Production Control Specialist at Blue Origin's Alabama site, where she excels in planning and managing program schedules to ensure components are readily available for the operations team. Her career has been marked by leadership roles in operations within the automotive industry, particularly in start-ups, where her expertise in planning, team building, and operations leadership shines through.
Adrianna leads with confidence and integrity. She is the co-site lead of "New Mercury," a business resource group empowering women in aerospace, as well as "New Jackson," which advocates for people of African descent. Her commitment to community and education is evident in her role as a club ambassador and volunteer for Blue Origin's non-profit organization, Club for the Future, where she assists in hosting and planning STEM educational events.
As a Bar Raiser, Adrianna conducts interviews and supports hiring processes, leveraging her extensive training and attendance at national conferences to enhance her project management and planning skills. She proudly mentors individuals through the New Mercury program.
Beyond her professional achievements, Adrianna is deeply involved with her community as a local youth pastor and foster parent, co-strategizing with leaders to support at-risk children and families. She volunteers with organizations like United Women of Color, Boys and Girls Club of America, and Seventh Haven Inc.
Before joining Blue Origin, Adrianna gained valuable experience with Mazda Toyota Manufacturing and Toyota in the automotive industry.
