Professional Bio
Since 2022 I have refocused my career path and have been dedicated to growing and improving the Onboarding and TWI Training efforts at G&W Electric. With a realigned structure beginning in 2024, my work is now centered around standardizing details of both programs throughout the company and likewise coaching and establishing benchmarks for the continued development of my team and the company's apprentices.
I am continuously trying to expand my own knowledge and career growth through seeking unique experiences and education whenever available.
Following over five years of production assembly, inspection, lead and specialist roles, I transitioned to the brewing industry from 2018 - 2022. There I focused on creating company standards, procedures and coordinating all logistics with suppliers and distributors, in addition to the daily packaging and production activities.
