Sandra Bouckley is an accomplished senior executive with more than 40 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, aerospace, hydraulics, electrical and construction industries. Beyond her decades-long history of international operational and functional leadership, Sandra also offers Board experience and expertise.
She has a record of leading and driving business growth, organizational optimization and operational excellence across business functions while serving in leadership roles at companies including GKN, Eaton, Tyco, Chrysler and General Motors. She is currently the CEO of SME (a $70M annual revenue non-profit association focused on advocating for the manufacturing industry, advancing industrial technology, and promoting workforce development). Sandra is a member of the Advisory Board of BOCAR Group and on the Human Capital and Compensation and Strategy Committees as well as Coordinator of the BOCAR US Advisory Board.
