Kaytie Elder

Kaytie Elder is an General Manager with fifteen years of experience working alongside the various teams of Boeing. Kaytie specializes in lean principles and operations, who is responsible for educating other employees on the IAM/Boeing Joint Apprenticeship Program, also with the programs health and expansion. Kaytie is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Kaytie is inspired daily by her husband and their four children. In her free time, Kaytie likes to camp/all things outdoors, and spend any and all free time with her family.
