Started in manufacturing in 2011 with Toyota Boshoku as a production associate, building Corolla door frames. In 18 months time I earned department supervisor. Was there for 5+ years.
Uprooted a poly urethane department, training incoming supervisors and customer team to have better understanding of product provided.
