Rachell Gold

Rachell Gold is an Extended Leadership Team member at Ascend Performance Materials with responsibility for leading culture and inclusion globally as well as HR business partnership for Ascend’s global Integrated Supply Chain. She has extensive experience implementing people strategies and leading cultural transformations in dynamic business environments. Rachell is also passionate about community engagement and currently serves as the Board Chair for the Ascend Cares Foundation.
