Professional Bio
Manufacturing Engineer Passionate about Continuous Improvement!
I started my career at Parker Hannifin's Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division in Glendale, AZ. There I worked as a manufacturing engineer to repair fuel nozzles. I was a High Performance Team coach and had office, production, and staff level teams.
I then moved to Prolec GE - Waukesha at their Dallas, TX facility manufacturing Transformer Components. I started at the production engineer and moved to the Competitiveness Leader. As the Competitiveness Leader I implement Lean Manufacturing along with managing Cap-Ex projects.
Outside of work, I am a mom to two adorable children, 2 cats, and a dog. My hobbies, when I am not busy with the kids, include all things Disney, crafting, and being a Cub Scout leader with my husband.
