Professional Bio
As a leader in our SEC practice, I primarily assist public companies with SEC filings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary public offerings (SPOs), reverse mergers, and complex financing transactions. In addition, in my work with biotechnology and life sciences organizations, I specialize in advising executives so they can stay on the cutting edge of the bioscience industry regulations, trends, and financial best practices. I also have expertise in complex debt and equity financing transactions.
My goal is to provide clients with a pleasant audit experience where they see significant value working with our firm based on our trusted business advisor mindset.
With more than 15 years of experience, I regularly speak to clients and boards on industry hot topics and best practices. I belong to the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs, I sit on the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce board and the Finance Committee for the Colorado BioScience Association. I received a B.S. in business administration from Colorado State University.
