As the Director of Human Resources and Learning and Development at Didion, I lead a high-performing and engaged People Operations team that enables business results through our deep understanding of the Didion businesses, our relationships with our client groups, and our experience delivering HR solutions. We have scalable business processes that are industry leading and have been recognized externally for our people practices.
With over 25 years of experience in HR, I have a proven track record of supporting companies through times of change, creating and implementing people strategies that align with business objectives, and enhancing employee engagement and performance. I have expertise in transforming HR, organizational design and restructure, performance improvement, leadership coaching, talent acquisition and retention, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, and HR systems implementations.
