Women in Production Summer 2025
Achieve. Lead. Succeed.
Virtual
Event Details
The Women in Production program is designed to support the professional development of production, production support, and shop-floor employees with leadership potential but limited experience by providing leadership development and durable skills. These skills are essential to build thriving careers, successful workplaces, and a resilient manufacturing workforce.
Employees in production settings often have tremendous insight into the culture, products, and processes that manufacturing companies need to understand to innovate. By developing these women into leaders, we can improve the industry overall and inspire other women to explore careers in manufacturing.
The program is a blend of external coaching, peer mentoring, and virtual learning based on core competencies specific to manufacturing leaders.
Since production occurs at different times, this program has a virtual, asynchronous approach so participants can learn at their own pace and on their own time. The total program duration is approximately 20 weeks.
