11:00 a.m. - Noon EST
Conflict happens. Sometimes people are difficult. However, we can take steps to minimize the frequency as well as the impact. In this program we explore why people can be challenging, what we can do to improve the situation, and communication strategies that work. We’ll discuss everything from conflict avoidance to the importance of trust, as well as the value of empathy and clarity. You’ll leave with actionable steps and language you can use the next time you find yourself confronted by a ‘Karen.’
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing this webinar via Zoom.
