Our renumeration is success-based. In other words, if ERA does not find savings, the client owes us nothing. ERA will simply validate that they are already doing the best that can be done in a report, and it costs nothing. If we do find opportunities for savings, ERA runs the negotiations and/or quotations and presents options for the client to choose. ERA then helps with implementation and (depending on the category) we monitor the invoices for 2 years to ensure we deliver the savings. We will share in that savings. Essentially, we are paid with money that is leaking to the suppliers today.
