I enjoy developing long term relationships with business owners and leaders to create a robust organizational culture to improve outcomes and support business objectives. I believe empowered employees will engage creatively to diversify and grow operations. My role is to continuously assess evolving risk, remove potential root causes and develop proactive sustainable strategies which prevent injury, lost productivity and potential business disruption. As a result of my proactive client centered process to remove potential threats and reduce cost of risk teams may confidently focus attention on growth initiatives.
